the staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was super clean. i especially liked the breakfast menu with several choices (i tried the scottish breakfast!).
the walls seemed thin. i could hear some noise from other rooms. the blackout curtains did not fully block the light (it was especially noticeable near the mirror). the bed felt a bit too soft for my liking.

the location is very convenient, with ample parking spaces available. the hotel looked modern and clean, a good first impression. breakfast offered a variety of options, i liked the hot menu.
the noise level was unfortunately high during a wedding event. children were running and shouting in the corridors late at night. i could hear every word from the room next door till 5am.

i stayed two nights. the staff was friendly. the room was clean. breakfast was delicious and had many choices. there was also cereal and croissants. the full scottish breakfast was hot.
the room was very small. the bed seemed to be made of two single mattresses. they overlapped.

The location suited me well, as it provided convenient access to nearby areas. Plenty of parking was available at the hotel, which simplified travel. The restaurant offered a good breakfast. I found it satisfactory (especially the sausages!).
The room i booked had two single beds pushed together, something i found inconvenient. The duvet repeatedly slid off the bed during the night. The carpet had clumps of hair on it. I assumed it was from cleaning.

The hotel is freshly refurbished and that was noticeable. The bar and restaurant were great (I especially liked the atmosphere in the bar). The staff provided helpful service .
The room had thin walls. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. The hotel hosted an event with loud music that lasted until late at night. This disrupted my sleep.
