The location was ideal. it was a quick walk to many attractions. the room had a smart tv, great for winding down (i found a cozy spot to watch some films). the bar area had a lovely ambience. I enjoyed a quiet drink there one evening. i appreciated the efficient check-in process.

poor ventilationstreet noise
the room felt smaller than expected even though it was clean the bathroom lacked proper ventilation after showering condensation lingered the noise from the street was noticeable despite the double glazing it disrupted sleep i also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited few gluten-free options were available the staff seemed a bit indifferent to my concerns about the noise. the experience was disappointing

The hotel location suited me. It was near the Rathaus underground station. The breakfast offered a wide choice of food and drink. I enjoyed the bar for evening drinks. The cocktails are fantastic!

The hotel breakfast had some items that was good.
The room size was small. The television had no instructions and I could not operate it. A door sign to save resources by skipping the daily cleaning could be useful.

expensive breakfastbroken air conditioning
this hotel had some issues. the rooms air conditioning wasnt working properly. i asked the front desk about it, but nothing was done. also, breakfast was a bit expensive for what they offer, costing 27 euro. there are much better cafes nearby that offer a better value.
