Functional Stay Near Prater

The room included blackout curtains that helped with sleep. I also appreciated the shower gel, shampoo, and cream that were available in the bathroom. The location is close to the Prater for easy access to the park.
The room was dusty upon my arrival which impacted my experience. It did not feel like the standard of cleanliness I expect from a good hotel. This needs more attention from the cleaning staff.

The reception staff were polite and helpful with my requests. I asked for extra towels and the staff promptly delivered them to my room, they responded quickly to my needs.

The location is near public transport. Specifically, the metro and prater are very close. i felt safe . the rooms were clean. breakfast offered plentiful options.
The lighting in my room was quite dim. It wasn't ideal for tasks requiring bright light.

The room was just not clean enough. there was dust everywhere. the shower grout had mold, it was gross!!! also, the air conditioning barely worked. I called but they said it takes time to kick in. it never really did!!!

i found the location quite convenient with easy access to public transport. the staff were helpful, especially when i needed directions. the availability of laundry facilities was a big plus for me as i was traveling light.
i noticed the phone in my room wasn't working, it wasn't a major issue, but slightly inconvenient.
