Charming Swiss Stay, Lake Views and Cozy Rooms!

I adored our stay! The staff were so friendly and gave us lots of information. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh, local produce. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train station, and my Double Room Balcony Lake View had the most amazing views!

I think our room could have been a bit bigger. It felt quite small considering the cost.

The view of the lake was acceptable. I will say THAT much.

My room felt awfully small, really like a closet. the lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult. It was unusually warm . plus, the TRAIN tracks are right there, and the noise was constant.

the balcony had an amazing lake view. a nearby hiking trail offered access to the lakeshore. the train station was a short walk away, a nice change from the busy interlaken streets.

the room cleaning was inconsistent, soap and used tea bags weren't replaced. water wasn't provided daily as promised. i found this a bit frustrating.
