loved every second!
varied spread smart tv cute staff excellent links
the breakfast offered a varied spread with high-quality food! i found that a perfect start to each day. the room was equipped with a smart tv. this added a modern touch to my stay and provided great entertainment options. the staff were cute! which i loved. excellent transport links made getting around easy!
The room cleaning was not totally perfect. Some items like soap and used tea bags were not replaced one day, though it was minor.

Charming Swiss Stay, Lake Views and Cozy Rooms!
friendly staff lovely breakfast amazing view
I adored our stay! The staff were so friendly and gave us lots of information. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh, local produce. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the train station, and my Double Room Balcony Lake View had the most amazing views!
I think our room could have been a bit bigger. It felt quite small considering the cost.

The staff were very cute and helpful with directions. They also made check-in smooth, even when arriving late and offered assistance with local transport options to Interlaken. I felt very well cared for , fantastic.

underwhelming stay, Overpriced
small room train noise
The view of the lake was acceptable. I will say THAT much.
My room felt awfully small, really like a closet. the lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult. It was unusually warm . plus, the TRAIN tracks are right there, and the noise was constant.

quiet stay with a view
lake view hiking trail train station
the balcony had an amazing lake view. a nearby hiking trail offered access to the lakeshore. the train station was a short walk away, a nice change from the busy interlaken streets.
the room cleaning was inconsistent, soap and used tea bags weren't replaced. water wasn't provided daily as promised. i found this a bit frustrating.
