the location stood out because it was close to the train station, this made traveling very easy. the breakfast provided good options like eggs cooked to order, this was prepared fresh. my room offered a small balcony with good views. the staffs are very helpful when i have questions.
the absence of a lift was noticeable, especially with luggage, so it required carrying bags up the stairs. this wasn't ideal after long days of travel and activities, a lift would be very helpful.

the breakfast was adequate, it included enough options to start the day.
My room lacked an elevator, so i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the room was also quite cold. The heating system didn't seem to work properly during my entire stay. i asked about getting coffee on arrival, but the receptionist directed me to nearby coffee shops instead of offering any.

i found the location very convenient to interlaken west station. it made travel easy. the room had a balcony that provided mountain views.. i enjoyed having breakfast included, with good options available. free parking directly in front of the building was available.
there was no elevator, so carrying luggage upstairs required some effort.

I was thrilled the hotel is a short walk to Interlaken West Station. The staff were wonderfully helpful and super nice . I slept so soundly in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was totally sufficient with a lovely variety of tasty choices. The parking was free, I found this beneficial.
I noticed the rooms could use a lift, especially for heavy luggage. Climbing stairs with suitcases was a bit tough, though manageable.

The room felt quite cramped. Space was limited, especially with luggage. the breakfast options WERE underwhelming. The selection seemed basic, and I wished for a wider variety. The coffee tasted weak, and the pastries felt stale. I REALLY expected a bit more.

the breakfast included scrambled eggs a good touch i had a lovely balcony with great views it made mornings special the self serve laundry was useful and priced well i did several loads easily the location allowed quick walks to the town center and riverside spots it was super convenient
the sound of the church bell chiming quite often was a bit distracting at times
