wonderful stay, great location!
convenient locationfriendly staffquiet environment
I appreciated the convenient location near the interlaken west train station. It made travel easy. the staff were very cute and friendly. the environment was quiet. breakfast included made-to-order eggs. I found that to be a nice touch.

The superior double room had a nice balcony with lovely mountain views. it was spacious and comfortable with charming decor. flowering plants and fresh air added to the experience. I am grateful for such beauty.

cramped roomstale pastries
The room felt quite cramped. Space was limited, especially with luggage. the breakfast options WERE underwhelming. The selection seemed basic, and I wished for a wider variety. The coffee tasted weak, and the pastries felt stale. I REALLY expected a bit more.

the breakfast included scrambled eggs a good touch i had a lovely balcony with great views it made mornings special the self serve laundry was useful and priced well i did several loads easily the location allowed quick walks to the town center and riverside spots it was super convenient
the sound of the church bell chiming quite often was a bit distracting at times
