I found the location convenient with a nearby bus stop that included a free guest pass. The lounge was spacious. A good breakfast was available, and self-service laundry and luggage storage were useful. The receptionist explained how to get hot water and the bus schedule. I appreciated her kindness.

I found that the room was a bit small, though I didn't spend much time there . The rain shower was fine, but I would have also liked a handheld option.

the room was small and the beds weren't comfortable, i felt a bit ripped off. we had a friend stay close by and her accommodation was so much better and cheaper. budget accommodation is fine, but i think they overcharge.

The breakfast had many options and tasted great. i appreciated the free parking right outside the hotel. check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. i found the location good for accessing the western dolomite points. It was very convenient.

The wifi only worked in the lobby. It was a bit inconvenient. i had to go downstairs to connect. longer beds would be nice in the rooms.
