i found the spa and lounge area excellent it provided relaxing treatments the golf course was impeccably maintained offering a great experience the live jazz performances added to the evenings atmosphere. i especially enjoyed the really good service provided by the team it felt personalized. overall the hotel offered natural beauty and luxury.

the hotel is near both the horn lift and the hahnenkamm lift. breakfast had a newly renovated restaurant. the bar had a cozy lounge area with a fireplace and a great terrace overlooking the city.

some days the main courses in the dinner buffet had pork, so my options were limited.

The staff is nice. Every staff member was helpful. The breakfast buffet includes excellent options. I found outdoor sunbeds available near the pools. The gym contains adequate equipment for workouts.

The room was a bit warm. Public areas were also a little too warm. This made things less comfortable.
