Decent stay but nothing to write home about

high bedroom temperatureuninterested staff
The bedroom was like a sauna because I could not adjust the temperature. It was stuck at 25 degrees. I asked for plates for the cheese platter I ordered, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping me, so I ate it without them! The experience left much to be desired.
