superior double roomvery clean roomgood airconfaulty key cardabrupt staffno upgrade pricing
i stayed in a superior double room. the room was very clean. the housekeeping lady was very nice. really good aircon and wifi.
my key cards stopped working halfway through my stay. i had to get new cards at reception. also, the reception staff was abrupt. they did not provide pricing for upgrades.
