charmed by the good stay
warm welcome fine beach club kind staff excellent lounge area
the welcome was very warm with a delicious spritz cocktail. the beach club and garden area were fine, i appreciated its beauty. the staff was kind, they maintained cleanliness throughout the premises. the lounge area impressed me, it offered food throughout the day.
The rooms are very small, especially considering the price. The steam room and sauna use require an extra charge.

The staff redefined customer service, showing attentiveness to the smallest details. the team was always trying to improve my stay and make it more nice. i loved libby and giulia from the concierge team. They provided great recommendations for restaurants.
