The hotel location is excellent, close to the souq. This made getting around easy.

The room I received was not what I expected. The furniture seemed worn, and I noticed stains on the walls.. The bathroom had a strange smell. I was pretty disappointed with the room's condition overall.

the location is amazing! it is a very short walk to the souk and right in the new downtown area. the beds and pillows are super comfortable. the blinds work perfectly. the bathroom was very clean!

the swimming pool was closed! i wish i knew this ahead of time, as it influenced my decision to book this hotel.

rachana welcomed me, she was my server. i got the ladies night offer plus a tandoori chicken wrap. turkey and cheese fried balls were also amazingly tasty. the drinks matched expectations.

i found the location convenient near the souk. the staff, especially manisha at the infinity bar, was pleasant. the views from the infinity bar on the 20th floor were magnificent..

the restaurants were average with poor service. being an all member, i expected better service. i did not receive any calls to check on my comfort . this is not typical for a hotel of this rating.
