a cheerful stay!
quick responsedelicious foodbuilding view
i enjoyed the clean room. the housekeeping was quick to respond. the moroccan lady was very friendly and cute. the swimming pool was clean and nice, and i will revisit this hotel. the in-house restaurant serves delicious food and that swimming pool on the top floor was a highlight.
i asked for a top floor room, but i got one at the fifth floor. also, i asked for a view but i got a building view room. the washroom felt very empty and the room seemed too small to my taste.

the hotel is in a central location. i found convenient access to transportation. i saw the main subway station is within 10 minutes. the souq is also about 10 minutes away by transport.

the staff are very professional. i felt welcomed, and room service responds fast. the staff shows really good hospitality. the employees organizing breakfast does a great job and are very friendly.

rooms are spacious and sound proof. they appear well furnished and clean. my room was very super clean and cozy. i enjoyed the air conditioning system as it was effective. i noticed the hotel provides a non smoking room.

the swimming pool area looked great. public areas invite guests and feel comfortable. i think breakfast is really good and offers a lot. the hotel has a well maintained hotel with good internet connection.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Gajendra, who received us at the airport. He provided suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The room included a mini fridge, convenient for storing leftover room service. Bottled water was also supplied, a nice addition to the room amenities.
The air conditioning control might need servicing for optimal performance.

The check-in was very fast. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The facilities included a swimming pool and a gym. The breakfast had many choices, which i found nice.
The air conditioning had a slight smoke smell when it was turned on.
