ocean view separate shower free water helpful staff
My room, a superior ocean view king, offered a FANTASTIC view. The bathroom had a separate shower, which i found convenient. i appreciate the free water provided upon request. the staff was helpful when i needed assistance.
i noticed very slight wear on some of the carpets in the hallway. it didn't impact my stay, but it was visible.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of international cuisine. Prego, the Italian restaurant on the 26th floor, had pizzas and pastas. The rooftop bar provides a Fine atmosphere.

nice view rooftop bar live music terrible wifi closed gym absent service
the room featured a good view. i enjoyed its cleanliness and modern design. the rooftop bar had live music with nice views.
i found the wifi signal terrible. it disconnected frequently and was not reliable. the gym was not open yet. i received no turn down service.

The hotel food met my expectations. The breakfast was quite nice with a great selection.
I found a problem with the room service. A request I made for extra towels was not fulfilled until the next day. It was inconvenient as I needed them that evening. I had to use fewer towels than I would have liked
