was really nice!
helpful staff coffee facility good tv
the service was great. every staff member was so helpful. heshan was super helpful and very fun to chat to. the facilities included tea and coffee in the room! there was a safe, refrigerator, and a tv with channels.
the ac in the room didn't cool enough, a bit uncomfortable. we informed the reception. nobody came to check or fix it, so we assumed the ac was set by default.

The room was big and clean. it definitely met expectations! the king size bed could easily sleep 3, and was very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and the bathroom was gleaming.

The hotel had a good pool and accessible sunbeds. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were very convenient. the safe was easy to use, and the refrigerator was very helpful for storing drinks, the tv had 40 channels.

the reception staff was responsive to requests! we appreciated the box breakfast the hotel supplied on the morning that we left very early. the staff was very friendly at breakfast and eager to assist.

The hotel was near a number of restaurants. it was nice to be able to cool off and relax in the peaceful grounds around the hotel. I could walk to the beach and main road in a few minutes.

convenient location friendly staff well kept garden insufficient ac uncomfortable sleep unresponsive reception
The hotel location is convenient. Shops, cafes, and the beach are within walking distance. The staff are friendly. The hotel boasts a well-kept garden and pool. The evening meal was also excellent.
The AC in my room did not cool sufficiently. This made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. I informed reception, but nobody came to check or fix it. I assumed the AC was set this way by default.
