mixed feelings about the stay
wide varietyroom service systemconstant noise
the breakfast had a wide variety. there were many options, including smoked salmon and fresh produce.
I had an issue with the room service system. It failed me once. i also found the cheap and noisy music played all day in the outdoor restaurant unpleasant. this constant noise was a real distraction.

the breakfast was acceptable and the grounds were maintained adequately.
The noise level was intolerable due to a wedding with many guests. Music continued until late. day passes sold to external guests led to overcrowding, so finding a sunbed near the children's pool or beach became impossible after 11 am.

the staff were very professional accommodating and cute i found the check-in process to be smooth and quick the reception staff ensured i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay the hotel offers many services including multiple pools for different age groups the organized beach includes watersports
the hotel charged a high price for juice a small glass cost five euros this detail surprised me considering the otherwise excellent value

slow room service
this hotel had some issues that really affected my stay. first, the room service was consistently slow and often got my order wrong. i order a club sandwich and i waited for 1 hour, and when it came, it was totally different, it included a seafood. the loud music did not allow me to rest. this made relaxing difficult.
