Really good stay, friendly service, great location

The staff were friendly in all areas. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, it also featured a great view of the pools and the sea. Its beach front location proved fantastic and a short walk led to the town centre. The barman was friendly and made amazing cocktails at a great price.
The gym located underground lacked ventilation, it also smelled of humidity.

The breakfast buffet featured honey directly from a local hive, it also included a wide range of choices. The bar near the pool offered a variety of drinks and food throughout the day.

The room included black out curtains, ideal for sleeping and relaxation at any time. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it offered a modern and clean space.

I loved the pool and sea views from the balcony SO MUCH. The staff felt attentive. Rooms got cleaned daily. Breakfast tasted okay and had enough choices. FREE transport to and from the airport was very convenient. I really liked the free transport, it was a GREAT perk.
I notice the balcony could use better furniture though, simple things. It would make all the difference

The staff worked hard, always attentive when I asked for something, that's so good. Check-in was smooth and quick. I felt very welcomed. The staff created a very cute environment.

The outdoor pool area was awesome. The hotel has its own beach near the promenade. The gym includes treadmills and weights. I liked the sauna, it was very relaxing. The hotel location allows easy access to the city center.

Breakfast offered enough variety, with fresh fruit and warm croissants. Freshly squeezed orange juice was my favorite, I could not get enough of it. The restaurant gives a changing buffet dinner at reasonable prices. I was happy.

the room wasn't great. a noisy ventilation system disturbed my sleep. the overall impression was that i did not have a restful stay.

the location was good with easy access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioner did not work for two nights, and staff indicated they could not resolve the issue. there were limited food options near the pool so i had to seek other restaurants. towel changes occurred every other day, including pool towels.
