Acceptable stay with noticeable issues
wet floor
The air conditioning units were not great (i stayed twice, actually). During my first stay, the air conditioning made the floor wet. During this stay, the air conditioning was loud. I couldn't sleep at all the first night. The staff was helpful and offered a room change though.

i was very disappointed, especially with the air conditioning. it was so loud the first night that i did not sleep. the staff offered another room, i appreciate it, but that first night was ruined. also, the breakfast, i paid for one morning, was very disappointing.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and professional. the location was excellent, quiet yet close enough to local attractions. i enjoyed the pool area, it had a relaxing atmosphere.
I found the walls to be a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noises from adjacent rooms.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they were always smiling! the room was always cleaned every day! fresh towels and sheets were available. toiletries, coffee, and tea were replenished regularly. i appreciated the excellent breakfastwith plenty of choice and a good egg station.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.
