fantastic stay
helpful stafffamily suitevegetarian options
the staff was very helpful and polite. chin at reception was cute. chin and his colleagues upgraded us to a family suite (my daughter had her own bunk bed). fields and her team at zulu lounge ensured we had vegetarian sandwiches and eggless cakes.
the gym mats could use a refresh.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a large pool area that features plenty of loungers and a shaded section. the rooms include separate sinks and rainfall showers.

the oasis restaurant offers many dishes from different countries (i especially enjoyed the variety). every day at breakfast, the staff asked about my food preferences and quickly prepared what i wanted. the zulu lounge offered dry snacks, candies, and fruits.

the pools were a hit with the kids (that's always a win).
The room smelled slightly musty. I think it needs better ventilation or maybe a dehumidifier.
