The room i had lacked attention. The hairdryer had someone else's plaster stuck to it. the minibar had no menu, so i didn't know the prices for anything. the bed linen was thin. the towels reminded me of sandpaper.

the pool wasn't heated, i found it a little too cold.

the hotel is situated across the bay, a short walk from ferries. it is 10-15 minutes from the port. the coastal path is an easy walk into town. the location offers great views.

The staff was helpful with all my needs. They also upgraded my room. i had an amazing view overlooking the sea. The size of my room was very generous. the check-in process was quick and straightforward.

the coffee machine used powder milk, but that's okay, i don't drink too much coffee.

The hotel's location is great. i was able to enjoy leisurely walks down to the water. I also relaxed comfortably by the pool. the convenience of walking to nearby attractions added a lot to my stay.

the receptionist knew how to find ferry tickets, i supposed that was ok.

the shower situation was less than ideal, i needed a half-hour just to fill a bath with a couple of centimeters of water, i think that's because there were problems with water pressure, a lower-level room was only offer i had as a solution so i did not see it as an upgrade.
