Excellent Hotel Experience
room upgrade sea view welcome drink helpful staff
the receptionist upgraded our room upon arrival. the upgrade gave me better sea views. i also got a welcome drink. the facilities are very nice. staff helped with everything.
The gym is tiny and poorly equipped. This i found to be less than ideal.

the highway noise sometimes intruded, a stark reminder of the world outside our haven.

The hotel provided a room with a good layout. breakfast included many choices. an omelet station. the rooftop pool offered wonderful views and provided sun loungers. i found the staff very professional. They were available whenever i needed assistance.
during my stay, the gym air conditioning was not fully functional.

the hotel offered drinks upon arrival this was a nice touch i found the staff polite and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast was good with a decent variety of options available each morning. the room provided a mountain view alongside a partial sea view which was unexpected.
the hotel is located on a very busy road i experienced constant traffic noise even with the windows closed. i had booked a room advertised with a balcony however it turned out to be a french balcony. this meant i could not sit or stand outside which was disappointing.

the staff were very polite and friendly i loved the rooftop pool the hotel is a short walk from the beach. it has lots of restaurants and bars in the town.
we booked a room with a balcony and got a room with a french balcony when i asked about this i was told it was still a balcony but you could not sit or stand on it breakfast was simple and basically the same every day. there was no toaster.

the reception staff quickly assisted with my luggage upon arrival the check-in process was efficient and friendly i found the room spacious and well-kept the hotel's rooftop pool area offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere. daily breakfast had various options including fresh fruit and pastries the on-site bar provided a good selection of drinks i used the fitness center with modern equipment. the hotel also offers easy access to a nearby supermarket for any essentials.
