I enjoyed the pool and sauna! I found the buffet breakfast quite good! Staff was so attentive. Lauren was especially fantastic. The team accommodated extra dining requests despite a busy night. I really liked it.
The parking charges was extortionate, even with the discount. I felt that it slightly detracted from the otherwise great experience. Perhaps they can address this soon.

a bit disappointing experience
impersonal check-indirty shower
the check in process felt impersonal and rushed. the staff seemed preoccupied, and i didnt felt welcomed. the room i was allocated looked tired. the bathroom was not cleaned to a good standard and the shower was dirty.

the room was spacious and very clean. i enjoyed the plentiful breakfast selection it had a good variety.
the pool towels were small i found them only slightly bigger than a hand towel. the bathroom felt a bit sad with tiny soap bars provided it could use an update.
