delicious food superior double room friendly staff noisy fan aloof manager no lift
the room they gave me was a superior double room. i found the food DELICIOUS. gavin, one of the owners, introduced himself. i will come back again.
i didn't like that there are no lifts so i had to haul my heavy luggage up the stairs. i noticed that the manager is haughty and aloof when interacting with guests. i think a fan for heating or air conditioning is a bit noisy, especially for a light sleeper.

nice pool great sauna attentive staff extra request
I enjoyed the pool and sauna! I found the buffet breakfast quite good! Staff was so attentive. Lauren was especially fantastic. The team accommodated extra dining requests despite a busy night. I really liked it.
The parking charges looked extortionate, even with the discount. I felt that it slightly detracted from the otherwise great experience. Perhaps they can address this soon.

The Standard King Room featured modern decor. I noticed that it had a comfortable king bed with crisp linens. The climate control worked really well. It maintained a pleasant temperature.

a bit disappointing experience
impersonal check-in dirty shower
the check in process felt impersonal and rushed. the staff seemed preoccupied, and i didnt felt welcomed. the room i was allocated looked tired. the bathroom was not cleaned to a good standard and the shower was dirty.

clean room varied selection small towel tiny soap
the room was spacious and very clean. i enjoyed the plentiful breakfast selection it had a good variety.
the pool towels were small i found them only slightly bigger than a hand towel. the bathroom felt a bit sad with tiny soap bars provided it could use an update.
