The hotel location is great. It's near a tram line, so transport is easy. staff members were consistently friendly and helpful . the bar area downstairs looked inviting and well-stocked.
I found that soundproofing could be improved. Street noise was noticeable at times.

The lobby was spacious with plenty of seating. Sofas and chairs offered a comfortable space. My room had temperature control ensuring comfort and it featured effective blackout curtains. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I even used the umbrella rental service for a small fee. That was a lovely touch.
I found the room to be excessively hot, a discomfort that persisted due to the air conditioning's malfunction, this needs an improvement.

This place is centrally located. It provides easy access to shops bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of bus tram and train stations, ensuring convenience for travel and exploration. The spot is superb.

My room was well-equipped with the usual facilities. It was also spotlessly clean with fresh towels provided. The room was serviced on the second day. The bed offered a firm yet comfortable rest with a choice of soft and firm pillows for a personalized sleep experience.

The location was great! the 24-hour bar was a super convenient perk for late-night relaxation. the staff were helpful and friendly. I found them very attentive to my needs.

faulty air conditioningconstant noise
the air conditioning was a joke it barely cooled the room. i complained about this to the staff, they said it was an 'air cooling system' not air conditioning. it was as useful as a fan and broke down fast. rooms are not soundproofed well either noise from outside was a constant issue

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The bar was open 24 hours for residents. Pizza was available 24 hours also.
The room and the corridor smelled of fust. I told the receptionist. She said she would speak with the cleaners. She did not ask if I wanted to change rooms or apologize.

The location was very central. Staff was friendly and efficient. I had a warm welcome. The room was serviced each day, a feature some hotels now limit.
The room felt cramped. The drains smelled bad in the bathroom, highlighted, but nothing was done. This smell came through the bathroom door into the bedroom.

Breakfast occurs next door at the Novotel. An excellent breakfast buffet is available. The setup looks efficient with a good variety of options for a proper meal.
