easy accessgood foodpolite staff
the location offered easy metro access, it made getting around very convenient. i found food options nearby quite good. the staff was helpful and polite.
The room felt a bit small for an extended stay. Though it was adequate for sleeping.

dusty shelves
The room wasn't exactly super clean. I found some dust on the shelves, I thought housekeeping checked for that. Not exactly peaceful!!!

Acceptable, with some issues
convenient locationfalling shower headbathroom design
The location was good with a metro line very close to the hotel, this was convenient.
The bathroom was just not anywhere near what I expect for a four-star hotel. The shower head kept falling. The design meant water sprayed all over if I didn't cram into the corner. Showers were not a relaxing experience.
