The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear EVERYTHING outside. A large gap above the door let in noise and light. The food was NOT what I expected from a supposed 5-star all-inclusive resort. It seemed more like 2-star quality. I have never eaten so poorly at a hotel boasting fresh, really good food.
