mixed feelings about this stay

ac leakagetasteless food

The room's air conditioning leaked a lot. water poured out, seemingly from the drainpipe. I told the staff repeatedly, but nobody fixed it. we shut off the ac and put towels on the floor to soak up the water each time we turned it on. also, breakfast was included. but i did not like it, the food lacked flavour. while varied, the quality wasn't great for starting the day well.

I had issues with the room upon arrival. The air conditioning was not effective and seemed to be stuck at 31 degrees. The sink also had a persistent drip that was quite bothersome. the bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard. I found it lacking.

i spent several days at this beautiful hotel and felt very relaxed the entire time. i loved that the pool and beach were both easily accessible. there was always a nice atmosphere at the beach with good music and a pleasant breeze. the cocktails were also a highlight, especially while watching the sunset.

the gym was quite old and dimly lit. some equipment showed corrosion. it could definitely use some updating.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights. The location is amazing, very close to the sea and surrounded by mountains. I also saw some islands way in the distance. The hotel provides a great spa with curated packages for different travelers. The housekeeping came regularly, as much as I requested.

The hotel rooms weren't soundproofed well. I could hear my next door neighbor brushing teeth through the adjoining toilet. It felt almost like a shared toilet.

Amazing Hotel Experience

Suleyman was an amazing host! He provided a recommendation that earned a 10/10 rating. The hospitality was fantastic, and he even screened the Lions Rugby in 2025! The reception staff was lovely. I also really enjoyed using the sunbeds.

The room key card failed. I needed to change it every few hours. Rooms were not cleaned with care.
