Lovely Stay, A True Gem!

I recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. The train station is conveniently located outside the hotel. Many buses and taxis are nearby. The staff is amazing. They are always very courteous. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices every single morning.
I noticed that the carpeting in many common areas showed some wear and tear. Stains were visible in our suite.

The hotel breakfast offered a wonderful buffet with live piano music. i really enjoyed the perfectly prepared eggs florentine. the location was convenient. I could walk to the colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon, and spanish steps. the doorman. the hotel room had all the amenities i could think of.
The rooftop bar music was very loud. It was hard to talk. the noise kept me awake until 2am because of the bass notes. the bar felt more like an ibiza club than a hotel restaurant. i found it difficult to sleep well.

The staff was polite and helpful, offering extensive knowledge of the area. The breakfast selection impressed me. I saw great variety and freshness every morning. I liked that the hotel gave me easy access to the train station and many main attractions.
The music from the bar was audible in my room late into the night.

Every staff member, from check-in to the doorman, delivered really good service. I observed that the concierge assisted guests with queries and provided guidance on directions and ticketing. Concierge services were pretty good too make sure my needs were covered.

The hotel's central position allowed easy walking access to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. The railway station is literally outside the hotel, and many public transport options exist. I appreciated the convenience.

I was grateful for the smooth check-in process. The staff were genuinely cute. My room was super clean and comfortable. I appreciated how quiet the whole place was.
The hotel carpets in the hallways seemed disgusting. The carpet in my room was filthy and badly stained. The front desk seemed understaffed every time I needed it.
