a roman stay i treasure

The room was super clean each day. i always felt welcomed with the sweet aroma. i enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It gave me a chance to glimpse the city from above. the staff showed care. They gave assistance and was always available for my needs.
the street near the hotel did have people experiencing homelessness. it made me a bit uneasy when i returned at night.

The staff were helpful and cute. flo gave detailed information about transportation. the rooftop terrace provided a real bonus. the room was quiet and had good air conditioning. the location near the train station allowed easy access to transportation. We loved the provided information.
The pillows and mattress were not great. They need improvement. the hotel did not offer a breakfast option. this limitation caused some inconvenience . i would prefer a breakfast option in the future.

Flo and Gabriel provide fantastic customer service. They gave helpful suggestions for local restaurants. The location is near the main train station which allow for easy access. The air conditioning operated effectively, I found that it maintained a comfortable room temperature.
Soundproofing could be improved. Some external noise was audible in my room.

The staff was helpful. They readily gave recommendations for nearby restaurants! The hotel is conveniently located. It is within walking distance of Termini Station. The rooftop terrace offered a serene atmosphere.
My room was not soundproofed. I heard noise from the street. The curtains were thin. Street lights shone directly into the room at night. The room overlooked garbage bins.
