noisy air conditioning inconvenient location
the breakfast included a good variety of options and the staff were friendly.
the air conditioning unit in my room was excessively noisy. it was quite old and rattled intermittently throughout the night, interrupting my sleep. additionally, the location was a bit further from the main attractions than i anticipated, requiring a taxi for most excursions.

Mixed feelings about this place
small pool towel charge
The pool was WAY smaller than it looked in the pictures. It felt cramped with just a few people. I was surprised they charged for a hand towel at checkout. I did not take it. The staff insisted I pay extra. Dealing with that nonsense before catching my flight was quite annoying.

the staff was helpful i arrived before check in time the front desk representative kept my baggage safe until i returned for my tour the breakfast was good it was the best breakfast i had during my trip in thailand.
the air conditioning was quite noisy it sometimes prevented sleep

helpful friendly staff uncomfortable pool beds
the staff was nice and very helpful .
The pool area was a major disappointment. The beds lacked padding and felt uncomfortable. the whole pool area could definitely benefit from a makeover to make it more inviting.

the room had a spacious balcony with furniture. daily drinking water was always available. the room offered necessary amenities. wifi was provided without issues. i found the room both spacious and comfortable.
the air conditioning was a little noisy at times! though it functioned properly.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities
daily towel limestone cliffs
The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options daily. The room was large and featured a great view of limestone cliffs. Water pressure was excellent, and the room was cleaned thoroughly with daily towel replacement. Half of the pool was shaded. This protected us from the sun.
I contacted the hotel in advance regarding our honeymoon. I asked if they could add a small surprise. They agreed to do this, but they did not deliver the surprise.

Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the hotel driver. They provided good assistance and were responsive to requests. The team ensured a positive experience.

The kitchen staff consisted of excellent chefs. I ordered meals from the hotel mostly. The tasty food was superior to food from other restaurants.

The swimming pool was clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured the rooms were tidied daily. Sheets were replaced to maintain cleanliness. I also had a wonderful view from my balcony.
