Underwhelming Stay with Issues
cold jacuzzi broken sunbeds
My stay wasn't the greatest. I was looking forward to relaxing by the pools, but the indoor pool and jacuzzi were cold, disappointing. The beach needed better maintenance (I noticed some broken sunbeds) and more attentive service (it was often hard to find someone to order a drink).

the reception staff were helpful upon arrival they provided useful information about the surrounding areas. the hotel offered direct beach access including sunbeds. i appreciated that the hotel was a short walk to local restaurants it was a convenient location for exploring.
the outdoor pool needed some maintenance i saw black mould on the steps.

my beautiful suite sea view was spacious it offered a view of the sea. the bed was comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. there was a balcony it provided a spot for enjoying the scenery.

the staff were friendly and helpful they provided assistance when needed. housekeeping was consistent the room was refreshed regularly. i found the reception staff to be particularly kind and efficient upon arrival.

broken shower head breakfast overcrowding
My stay started well, yet it ended on a sour note. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in maintaining the room. A broken shower head sprayed water everywhere making each shower a chore and the promised repair never happened. the limited breakfast hours created overcrowding, made getting a table difficult each morning. It seems small issues, but they detracted significantly from the overall experience..

Fantastic Hotel Getaway!

The hotel offers free parking, gym access, and access to both indoor and outdoor pools. The sea water is crystal clear, perfect for swimming (I suggest swim shoes as it is stony!). I especially liked the evening dinners at the restaurant. The food was really good (the salmon tartare!). The reception staff were excellent and friendly.

The breakfast buffet has many options, including eggs cooked different ways, toast, cereal, cheese, and yogurt. The restaurant is great. It provides tasty options for lunch and dinner (I loved the salmon tartare). The local wine selection is great.

Staff at the reception are always happy to help with any needs that guests may have. Melina provided us with extraordinary service, going above and beyond to be helpful. Some members of staff provide very good recommendations such as the Black Marlin restaurant.

The hotel location is convenient, a short walk from the port and restaurants, away from the hustle. The gym is really well-equipped, it includes a smith machine and free weights. The hotel has both an outdoor and indoor pool.

The rooms are spacious and air conditioned and kept very clean. The rooms have great views over the sea. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet (perfect for a good night's sleep!).
