The room was quite spacious, with calming decor. I found the modern bathroom very clean. Shops were just steps away. I appreciated the convenience. The pub downstairs was great for a quick drink after sightseeing!

I noticed some slight creaking from the floorboards.

I enjoyed the delicious food. The pub downstairs had a good selection of drinks. Having a pub directly downstairs made it easy to grab a pint after a long day, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! They were happy to chat in the evenings, which I found very pleasant as a solo traveller. Check-in was easy. Staff ensured I had everything I needed.

the room had coffee and tea facilities, i found that quite convenient. a long mirror was available, i thought that was practical. the breakfast basket was a nice surprise, it contained cereal and a croissant, i found it charming.

The shower head needed better cleaning. It looked a little dated. the water flow was not ideal.
