My room was clean, and it was comfortable. Alex at the desk was very friendly and approachable. He listened to any concerns, and they were dealt with in a pleasing manner.

The room was comfortable, but too warm. I couldn't figure out how to cool it down. The TV was a tad small for the size of the room!

The room was spacious with everything I needed. The restaurant food and drinks were FANTASTIC. Staff were very attentive and helpful with any queries I had.

The shower had not great power but otherwise the bathroom was nice. I COULD have used USB sockets for charging my phone. There could have been more milk sachets provided.
