The staff were friendly and helpful. The room provided office space. Tea, coffee, milk, and snacks were freely available in communal areas. Breakfast included toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, orange juice, and bottled water.
I found the traffic noise from the main road outside a bit bothersome even with the windows closed after 5:30 am.

The hotel is opposite a bus stop. Regular buses go directly into the city centre. The journey takes approximately twenty-five minutes. On-site car park is available and very convenient who drive to the hotel.

The room was a good size, accommodating three people comfortably. Beds and pillows are comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was modern and well kept.

The room was spacious. It was a Family Room. The parking was free and available on site, made arrival simple. I was kinda surprised to find fresh milk provided for morning coffee (a nice touch!).
The lack of a lift (elevator) made carrying luggage to the upper floors a bit challenging.

the staff provided a friendly welcome. my room was spacious and very clean. i appreciated the bus stop being right across the street for trips to the city center.
i was assigned a room on the third floor and there was no elevator. i had some difficulty because of this. there was no air conditioning and the room was quite warm. the breakfast selection was also limited.

reception was very friendly and offered immediate assistance with an iron and board. the room was quite spacious and clean. it had a mini fridge and kettle with a selection of tea and coffee (very thoughtful!). the bathroom was massive with a big shower cubicle.
