the hotel offers a great location near the center. friendly staff and a big pool exist. cleaning service came every day. they changed towels every day, bedsheets every second day, that was nice.
The receptionist elena was rude. she rolled her eyes when we were asking questions, this was not good. the safe in the room costs 2 euros per day to use. I would expect this to be free.

i found the food varied and of good quality. the hotel location suited our needs well, placing us near everything we wanted to see.. staff were also helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the common areas.
the refrigerator in the room was locked. i had to pay extra to use it, a situation i found unusual. it would be good to include it in the room rate.

The pool area offered plenty of space, with sunbeds readily available. Daily breakfast had good variety, and the food tasted great. My room was super clean and cozy, a kettle was a nice bonus. The bus stop right outside offered easy access to attractions.
The bar and restaurant staff could have been a bit more cheerful (a smile goes a long way!).
