amazing experience!!!!
fresh linensrainfall showerspacious room
i enjoyed my beautiful room. it was super spacious and very clean. the bed was comfy with nice, fresh linens. the bathroom included a rainfall shower, which i found very refreshing after a long day!!!
the elevators sometimes took a while to arrive during peak hours, but i didn't really mind.

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section, great for relaxation. there are also conference rooms available for business needs.

The room was modern. It featured fresh towels daily. The rooftop pool area was a plus. It wasn't very busy. Breakfast offered plentiful choices. It was of good quality. The hotel provided free parking. Space was limited during peak times though. The hotel felt very secure to me.

An Okay Stay, but Some Issues

The rooftop pool was great. I really loved the views of the surrounding area from up there! The breakfast was also pretty good. I enjoyed the variety that was available each morning.
The valet parking was not great. I had to wait quite a long time for my car, annoying! the elevators were confusing. It took me a while to figure out how to operate them properly.

modern equipmentswimming poolfree upgradepoor attitude
the gym included modern equipment. i used the swimming pool facilities and found them clean. the breakfast was good with an upgrade to a suite being a real plus. the upgrade was free which i appreciated.
i found the valet parking experience a little disappointing on arrival. the attendant's attitude seemed indifferent. i noticed my car was left unlocked with the driver's door ajar allowing rain inside so it was not the best first impression.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
unlocked carpoor bar service
The valet parking situation was not good. The guy didn't seem to understand me and left my car unlocked in the rain. it also said on the ticket that the hotel takes no responsibility for car damage, unacceptable. the bar service was poor too. The staff seemed uninterested. i was asked if i wanted nuts with my beer to save her bringing them over. It hardly seemed like a 5-star experience.

Breakfast had a diverse range of foods.
The room was boiling hot the front desk said we cannot open the air conditioning as it is winter period. I requested a fan but they did not have one. They suggested we sleep with an open door to get air. It was like a hostel
