the hotel offered a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views it proved lovely during breakfast the staff namely hasan was attentive to all guests ensuring everyone felt welcome the location was very convenient near the tram station facilitating easy access to tourist attractions

The location was good. It was close to main attractions.
The room cleanliness was substandard, especially the shower. The air conditioning unit also lacked a remote control, a real inconvenience. Bed linens clearly were not clean.

I found the staff friendly. They were so helpful with everything. The breakfast offered a great variety. The food was delicious! Our room had nice views overlooking the charming street with colorful buildings (a real treat!).

The breakfast restaurant on the rooftop provides amazing views of the city. I loved the wide selection of food offered. There was something for everyone. Hassan made a tasty turkish coffee (especially for me!).
