panoramic view attentive staff
the hotel offered a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views it proved lovely during breakfast the staff namely hasan was attentive to all guests ensuring everyone felt welcome the location was very convenient near the tram station facilitating easy access to tourist attractions

substandard shower cleanliness unclean linens
The location was good. It was close to main attractions.
The room cleanliness was substandard, especially the shower. The air conditioning unit also lacked a remote control, a real inconvenience. Bed linens clearly were not clean.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
helpful staff delicious food charming street
I found the staff friendly. They were so helpful with everything. The breakfast offered a great variety. The food was delicious! Our room had nice views overlooking the charming street with colorful buildings (a real treat!).
The elevator felt very slow. It was a bit of a wait sometimes.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location, really close to major attractions. It is easily walkable to numerous food places and bazaars. I appreciated how central it was for exploring the area.

The breakfast restaurant on the rooftop provides amazing views of the city. I loved the wide selection of food offered. There was something for everyone. Hassan made a tasty turkish coffee (especially for me!).

The hotel provides airport transportation services. They made the arrival seamless. I appreciate that the rooms have necessary items. These include slippers, toiletries, a kettle, tea, coffee, and water.
