i found the room quite modern. it had decent space. the bed offered great comfort. i especially liked the staff's attentiveness, they were adorable. i also appreciated the hotel's convenient location for getting around. i believe it is a good accommodation choice overall.
the high price for food and the limited choices available posed a slight inconvenience. it made dining within the hotel less appealing.

really good housekeepinglate-night requestquick response
the housekeeping service was really good. they promptly addressed a late-night request when we forgot to turn off the lights. i really appreciated their quick response and attention to detail. the complimentary orange juice at breakfast was a nice touch too.
the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

The room was of good size and very clean upon arrival. the room included an ironing board, yet there was no iron. housekeeping kept the room super clean. Canan, the room attendant, greeted us in the hallways and ensured the room was tidy.

the staff displayed really good friendliness and hospitality i felt they genuinely wanted to ensure my stay was enjoyable a member of the guest relations team inquired about my previous day i found this touch to be very sincere the hotel's spa facilities were also a highlight offering a relaxing way to unwind after exploring.
i noticed that the gym equipment seemed somewhat outdated it could benefit from some modernization.

expensive capsulesrobotic staff
I was really frustrated with how the hotel nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING. they wanted extra money for nespresso capsules and even herbal tea, like seriously??? i also needed a swimming cap to use the pool but i did not see anyone there. the staff weren't exactly warm either. they seemed like robots. A smile would not hurt them.
