My room was a Grand Beautiful Double or Twin Room Pool View and it was very clean. Breakfast had good variety (especially the omelets!).

fantastic stay near the beach
helpful staff great location easy exploration
I found the staff to be so helpful. They assisted me with every request. its location near bars, restaurants, and ao nang beach was a plus. the hotel's proximity to everything made exploring very easy and convenient.
the air conditioning in my room made a lot of noise. i couldn't adjust the fan speed. it was a constant loud hum. this noise affected my sleep.

The breakfast buffet offers many choices. It includes both european and asian dishes. i saw an abundance of fruit, including some cheese, lovely. there was something for everyone.

the breakfast was good. it had a fair selection of food.
My room was not great, the air conditioning smelled like sewage. the bed was really hard, it seemed like concrete. there were mosquitoes all night too. It was really difficult to sleep well

A Perfect Getaway by the Sea!
direct access beautiful pool friendly staff
I adored the easy access our villa had directly to the beautiful pool. It felt so luxurious. The photos online don't quite capture how wonderful it is. I was actually surprised that mosquitos weren't a big issue at all. The staff were friendly, always smiling and ready to help and breakfast was a lovely start to each day, though nearby restaurants beckoned too.
I noticed that the hotel showed signs of needing maintenance. The strong food smells from nearby restaurants entered our room, a small inconvenience though.

AMAZING Getaway
great location refreshing pool
I LOVED the hotel's location near everything! The pool was refreshing, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had many choices, so I found something I liked every day.
The absence of an elevator was a slight inconvenience. My room was on the third floor, and carrying luggage up those stairs WAS a challenge. The staircase design also had a low profile drainage channel which presented a tripping hazard.

The room was quite spacious and included two comfortable twin beds. Air conditioning worked efficiently. The balcony offered a LOVELY view of the pool and the surrounding landscape.

I found the location convenient. It was near both the beach and several restaurants. The pool offered a refreshing break from the heat. The room was a good size and featured a balcony that gave a nice view of the surrounding landscape, which charmed me.
