cramped quarters and MINOR issues
small roomfaulty air conditioning
the room was SMALL, not enough space to move around comfortably. the air conditioning system seemed faulty because i could not adjust the temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. housekeeping also missed a spot, i found someone ELSE's hair in the bathroom.

the location was quite convenient, just a short walk to dotonbori. namba station was also nearby. this made exploring the area easier. the bed was comfy.
the room felt quite small. it was difficult to move around with luggage. the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. i could not adjust the temperature in my room.

i liked that hotel location. it was close to dotonbori street. the markets were also close and had fantastic shopping. i could walk almost everywhere. plenty of izakayas and cafes surrounded me.
the front desk staff seemed slow. they were checking in new people and were not really helpful. i asked about sending baggages to the tokyo airport. they did not help me with that.

the hotel location is pretty central. it is within walking distance to major train stations. there are shopping areas and great local restaurants nearby. this hotel is a good base for exploring the area.
