The staff are very friendly. They were accommodating. My room had all the amenities I needed. The hotel offer free hot drinks 24/7. This are very good.
The coffee machine cable dont reach plugs. The bathroom lighting I found was poor. The shower fitting also felt broken. I think their designer should stay in the room as a learning exercise!

i appreciated the tidy and clean room. it was also accessible to public transport.
the swimming pool was not available . this was due to a defective part. there was no compensation offered, even though the pool was a reason i chose this hotel during the summer.
