The kitchen was equipped well. the room size was very good!!! the staff helped me kindly. they were super nice with the kids!!! there is a cool space in the lobby for kids with a piano, toys, board games plus a desk for drawing. the coffee machine was available at all times. That was a plus.
the bedroom, though functional, felt a bit small. it was okay, but a bit more space would be beneficial.

OMG, the staff WAS amazing! Charlotte and Jochen were helpful! The location made it simple to walk or grab an Uber to local spots. This apartment had everything I needed and a bonus was the comfortable communal room with free coffee, tea, and water

i found the location very convenient. it was a short walk to the river. the staff were friendly. free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby.
The room temperature was hard to adjust. It got too hot at night. the room wasn't cleaned while i was there. towels also were not changed .

the location was acceptable with a reasonable distance to attractions.
the room was not clean on arrival, so i had to clean it myself. it was disappointing. additionally, the reception staff indicated there was nothing they could do about the malfunctioning power sockets and televisions.
