Housekeeping entered my room twice without knocking. This occurred once around 9:00 AM and again at 10:00 AM, even with my keycard inserted. No apology was given, causing me distress, and I expected better privacy.

check-in was quick. the reception area was nicely decorated. the staff was helpful and friendly. the bar had a cozy atmosphere and the bartender made good drinks (i especially liked the cocktails).

the room was very clean and it had everything i needed. the staff was helpful and friendly. i appreciated the bar area, it felt nice and cozy.
The air conditioning in the room did not work. i had to sleep with the window open, but it was quite noisy outside. there were no coffee facilities in the room. This was quite basic.

The location was acceptable, nothing to write home about though.
The room felt way too small, especially with my luggage. The space lacked any real storage, so I practically lived out of my suitcase, was a little annoying. Plus, the street noise at night was pretty bad, the open window was a must because the ventilation barely worked. I really think they should consider fixing it.
