I FOUND the customer service perfect and the staff helpful. My studio double bed was modern and clean. There were plenty of towels. I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, it included cutlery and a fridge.
The breakfast selection IS rather limited. I found options that worked for me.

The breakfast area IS convenient. I noticed an adequate supply of cereals. There WERE also some pastries. during peak times, seating can be a bit tight for larger groups.

CHECK-IN was swift and efficient. I observed that the reception area is open 24/7. The staff were readily available to address any concerns. They provided clear directions to nearby amenities.

The location provides convenient access to transportation. A subway station is just a short walk away. There ARE several restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. This makes exploring the neighborhood very easy.

the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the scrambled eggs tasted suspiciously like they came from a carton, a culinary crime in my book. also, my room didn't get cleaned during my whole stay. i thought that was the point of hotels.

the bed was comfy. the kitchen was great too.
The staff lacked attentiveness. They were unhelpful when i needed assistance with directions. the room's cleanliness was also subpar. I found dust in corners and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. i also had to ask several times for towels to be replenished. No one seemed to care. it really soured my stay.

The location provided easy access to many sites. The staff was helpful. The room had excellent appointments.. I also appreciated the filtered water station in the lobby and the availability of umbrellas. The WiFi worked well and the laundry facilities were high tech.
Rooms are not cleaned , a bit of a surprise, but manageable.
