convenient location direct line nearby shops
The location is very close to the underground station. It uses the direct line to Waterloo. Nearby shops are within a ten-minute walk, as are nearby restaurants.
The shower had a weak flow and the water was only lukewarm at best.

a generally okay experience
helpful adapter convenient location useful kettle unreliable internet sleeping difficulty limited internet
the location worked well for me. it was right by the tube station , made travel easy. i also appreciated the kettle with mugs (i am a big tea drinker). the travel adapter in the room was really helpful since i forgot mine.
the noise was a problem. i found it difficult to sleep because of vehicles and bikes. the internet was also unreliable. it seemed to only work for social media, inconvenient.

convenient location short walk useful microwave safe area
i found the location convenient for my trip. the proximity to kensal green station (it's just a short walk!) made getting around super easy. the room had everything i needed, including a microwave and a fridge which i really appreciated. the area felt safe and quiet, perfect for a restful night.
the bathroom, while very clean, was a bit small, and teabags would have been a nice addition to the coffee sachets provided.

The location was unbeatable. It was literally steps from the train station. the provided coffee and snacks were a good touch. i found the room very clean and quite functional. It had everything i needed for a short stay.
the room was a bit too warm . i wish there had been better ventilation or a fan available.

i found a usb charger station in my room that i really loved plus there was a fridge it was convenient i also appreciated having an electric kettle along with soap and other room amenities the bed was really nice and i slept well each night.
the wifi signal was unfortunately quite weak at times and i struggled to connect reliably

weak shower pressure unreliable wifi
The shower pressure WAS weak. The water temperature fluctuated. The wifi signal was unreliable. I experienced frequent disconnections. The room was clean, but these issues detracted from the overall quality of my stay.
