warm room inconvenient cups
The room was too warm even with the AC off! It made sleeping difficult. The provided cups were espresso glasses, not suitable for a proper cup of tea. I had to specifically request a kettle, so my tea preparation was quite inconvenient.

decent location, but some issues
the location was good for getting around the city with a metro station nearby.
the room smelled like cigarette smoke and i found holes in the bed sheets it did not feel like a 4-star hotel.
