inconvenient barsmall room
The location was okay. Though it wasn't exactly central, public transport made getting around manageable. I found the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room a bit annoying. Having to go to the bar for a warm drink felt inconvenient. the small size of the room was disappointing, especially with luggage. It made moving around quite difficult.

Lovely Stay Near Sants Station

The hotel's proximity to Sants station proved very convenient. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options. The staff helped me find a wonderful local restaurant, such a thoughtful gesture. The staff are an asset to this hotel.
The kettle services were unfortunately removed, missed.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast offered a great selection. Staff ensured it was always full.
The triple room felt a bit small. Managing luggage for three people was tricky.

The staff was GREAT and always ready to assist. The location was fine. It was easy to walk to the main areas, or the metro was nearby for quicker access. I enjoyed how tidy the rooms were too.
The triple room I booked felt a bit small. Three people could fit, but it was hard to move around with all the luggage. they removed the kettle service from the room, a feature I appreciated LAST year.

The room was clean with fresh beds daily I was pleased with it. The location worked well for access to the train station. Staff were helpful and friendly I thought. The pool was pristine and well-kept.
The glass bathroom door was an odd feature and slightly inconvenient I found.

the hotel is near the train station so i could easily take day trips. i found the staff attentive. the breakfast included many options and i loved the fresh fruit. i really appreciated the cleanliness in all areas.
the room felt smaller than expected, it made moving around with luggage a bit challenging i wish there was more space to comfortably unpack.
