the hotel has private access to the beach. the hotel staff was friendly and always available for requests. i also appreciated the well-kept garden..

beautiful beachside gem
great location spacious room free parking
the hotel is near balos beach and the city, i liked this very much. the room had a cosy balcony and spacious. free parking near to the hotel was super useful for me. i like that i get relaxing feeling because it is situated right by a quiet beach.

breakfast was diverse, and food items changed every day, something i think it is really nice. there is a beach bar, and a restaurant near the beach, that offers refreshing drinks and delicious meals for everyone.

this hotel location allows for easy visits to nearby attractions, for example the local port is a short walk away. a bus stop is right by the hotel, it made visiting chania and elafonisi very easy for me.

the private beach has its own bar and restaurant which is convenient . watersports are available at the beach, there is also a pool on site. the beach loungers were comfortable, i spent hours there.

The location was good, close to beaches. (It was easy to get around).
I found the room looked quite different from the photos online, it was disappointing. The breakfast quality wasn't great. the pool was overly crowded, and finding an available sunbed was difficult.

the sunbeds was complimentary and i spent much time on the beach. it were immaculate everywhere i looked, and the family that run it provided such lovely service. i hope to returned soon.
the pool only had a little loungers. the breakfast coffee tasted weak, it weren't strong. i hoped for a better brew.

the staff was lovely and very friendly. i found many breakfast options available. its location is perfect, right on the beach, with a short walk to restaurants. i really enjoyed the breakfast and had several snacks right on the beach!!!

the room was clean and offered a balcony facing the garden. the breakfast had variety, offering various options everyday. the hotel is near a lot of restaurants, what made dining out convenient.
the wifi was not strong, i needed to use my personal data sometimes. i did not get prosecco as a honeymoon welcome gift. the pool was crowded, any free seat wasn't available most of the time.
