the staff was helpful with directions i appreciated their assistance. the proximity to public transport made getting around easy. my room included a functional desk i found it useful for working. i liked the availability of free wifi throughout the building it was reliable.
the street outside was a bit noisy late at night it sometimes disrupted my sleep.
