The location is central yet quiet. I had a fabulous stay in an clean as new studio. All staff were very pleasant and cute. The hotel included a bonus pool and a fitness room.
The hotel issued me a key card that did not work. I brought it back immediately to the front desk. I was instructed to go to the basement parking garage and take a key from a lock box. They charged me an extra $219 because I had the other set of keys that some employee needed.

The location worked well, situated a short walk from many key areas. I found the staff consistently helpful and pleasant. My room was well-equipped with necessities, including a functional kitchenette, which I made use of, and housekeeping kept the space tidy, it was a relief. The parking option was convenient given the central location. I appreciated the secured space.
The gym, though functional, could use an update. The equipment seemed a little dated.

The room had a separate living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. It included a microwave, refrigerator, and basic cooking utensils, i found it useful for preparing simple meals. The bedroom was quiet and dark. It made for restful sleep, despite its city central setting.

Staff members provided clear and helpful directions to local attractions. Check-in was straightforward, and they accommodated my early arrival. The front desk was available 24/7, it helped for peace of mind. They were also proactive with any queries.
