fantastic stay at this holiday park
modern static caravanplush furnishingupdated amenitiesgreat playground
i stayed in a modern static caravan it was luxurious with plush furnishings and updated amenities including a washing machine and bluetooth speaker system the park felt peaceful perhaps it was because i visited during term time the kids enjoyed the playground and splash zone which is great when it gets hot out
the site is expanding and the restaurant and bar struggle to keep up with the increased capacity i experienced long wait times for food ordered through the app because of apparent communication issues between the app and the kitchen

the caravan included lots of storage and high-quality furnishings this made organizing belongings easy and contributed to a comfortable experience the hot tub was checked twice daily ensuring it was clean and safe for everyone to use

the hot tub got checked twice daily that was awesome i really liked it the staff decorated the lodge with balloons and confetti they did so well i'm already planning another visit the lodge was decorated so modernly and it felt very clean that's important to me
the restaurant didn't open until 4pm that was disappointing there was only one restaurant that's just not enough the site is near a busy road i noticed traffic noise all day

the caravan was clean on arrival, this i did appreciate.
the restaurant hours were inconvenient as it didn't open until 4 pm. this made it difficult to get meals on-site when needed. constant traffic noise day and night from a nearby busy main road and train line really bothered me. the noise ruined the tranquil setting that was advertised, and i found it hard to relax.

modern caravanuseful machinegreat splash zone
our static caravan felt super modern and clean. it even had a washing machine, really useful. a bluetooth speaker system. the playground and splash zone were great hits with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours.
i noticed the restaurant opened relatively late in the day, which limited our dining options on site.

the lodge looked recently refurbished , it was decorated modernly. the staff were polite , helpful and friendly , they even decorated the lodge with balloons and confetti.

the caravan was immaculate on arrival.. way better than expected. the food was cooked beautifully, i must say.
I noticed a dripping tap. It did get fixed, but not immediately.
