the rooftop terrace presented amazing views of the cathedral. staff were attentive and provided chilled water, perfect for sunny outings. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to many restaurants and bars, all within a short walk. its central location made exploring local attractions easy and enjoyable.
the absence of curtains on one window allowed early morning sunlight to disrupt my sleep slightly.

The location was very central. It was near transport and restaurants. The staff offered free water refills, a nice touch. I liked the roof terrace. It had a GREAT view.
The lack of daily cleaning was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Towels was not always replaced. Used coffee cps was not replaced, and there was only one glass left in the room.

The hotel is situated near Plaça de la Reina. Bus stops for routes 25 and 35 are very close. This allows simple access to the train station, bus station, beach, and aquarium and many bars and restaurants are a short walk.

Staff members are very helpful and polite. They gave glasses if i brought my own drinks to the terrace. I appreciated that the hotel offers baggage hold after checkout and provides access to a clean toilet on the last day.

the location proved fantastic as it was near all important city spots. the rooftop terrace provided amazing views. i appreciated the comfortable beds and good air conditioning inside the room.
one window lacked a curtain or blind, so sunlight woke me early. also, pillows felt quite flat. sound installation seemed minimal as i heard noises from adjacent rooms during sleep.

I really enjoyed how central it was.. palma cathedral was so close! the staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions and recommendations for local spots. i particularly loved the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast with amazing views.
i found the room to be a bit smaller than expected. storage space was limited, a little tricky to organize my belongings. a little more room would have been much appreciated.
